Returns Policy

Buy with confidence ...

*Goods may be returned for a full refund less any postage costs.  

We do not accept return of goods where the goods have been mis-used or deliberately damaged.

*All returns have to be within 7 working days of receipt of item.

*If there are any problems such as missing parts, which from time to time can happen , then replacement parts will be sent (at no extra cost to the customer) as soon as we are notified by the customer.

*If the part cannot be replaced for some reason then a whole new item will be sent and the old one collected. ( at no extra cost to the customer)

*All damage or missing parts must be notified within 2 working days of receipt of item.

*Our larger items such as prams, buggies, cots and ride on toys all come with their own manufacturers guarantee. Please follow instructions inside the packaging for this.

** Please note - if you used a gift voucher to purchase your goods then any refund would be given back in gift vouchers. Except any excess monies that you paid which would then be refunded in cash.
